Strongbow presently has an option to earn a 60% interest in the Kingora property, comprised of seven contiguous prospecting permits covering roughly 188,000ha in north central Melville peninsula, approximately 55 km southwest of Stornoway Diamond Corporation’s AV-1 kimberlite discovery. The permits were acquired in February 2003.

Regional aeromagnetic and Landsat data suggest major crustal-scale breaks and fracture patterns transect the property, features that may control kimberlite emplacement. Exploration to date has consisted of the collection of 42 regional reconnaissances till samples during the summer of 2003. Further exploration of the property is currently under consideration.
