Strongbow Exploration Inc. is engaged in the search for economic mineral deposits in Canada. Exploration during 2009 will focus on the company's wholly owned Nickel King and Snowbird nickel properties. A NI 43-101 resource estimate for Nickel King was reported in February 2009 and included an indicated resource of 11,111,000 tonnes grading 0.40% Ni, 0.10% Cu and 0.018% Co, and an inferred resource of 33,061,000 tonnes grading 0.36% Ni, 0.09% Cu and 0.017% Co (Download 43-101 Technical Report). Other exploration projects include the Skoonka, Shovelnose, and Inza properties in British Columbia and the Silvertip, and North Thelon properties in Nunavut.
Strongbow also owns 19.8% of diversified, northern Canadian explorer North Arrow Minerals Inc (TSXV-NAR), which was spun out from Strongbow in May 2007 and is focusing on its Phoenix lithium prospect in the Northwest Territories.
